APC Chairmanship Aspirant, Naboya Prince Lucky Dumoh, Unveils Welfarist Manifesto for Etsako Central LGA


BENIN CITY – A frontline politician and All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for the position of Chairman, Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State, Naboya Prince Lucky Dumoh, has unveiled his manifesto ahead of the party’s primary election scheduled for November 8 to 28, 2025.

Speaking with newsmen in Benin City, Naboya, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Naboya Prince Royal Group, and son of the late Alhaji Adamu Audu Naboya, popularly known as “Go to Lagos,” described his manifesto as welfarist in nature.
He said his vision is to bridge the infrastructural deficit in Etsako Central and empower residents across all communities to enjoy the dividends of good governance.

According to him, every indigene of Etsako Central, irrespective of age or gender, will feel the impact of his administration if elected, adding that he possesses the experience, capacity, and network to deliver effective leadership at the grassroots.
“I have the network and resources to make Etsako Central Local Government a model of good governance. I am a perfect candidate for the position of Chairman,” Naboya stated.

He further disclosed that his blueprint for security is comprehensive and well-structured to tackle existing challenges in the area, noting that he would work closely with the Edo State Government’s security architecture to achieve sustainable peace and safety.

Naboya also pledged to harness the potential of youths and women through skill acquisition and empowerment programmes designed to promote productivity, innovation, and community development.
